Merry Christmas everyone! My sister and I have been cooking up a storm the past two days. We don’t really know what to get our parents anymore and it seems like food is what pleases them the most these days. This is somewhat of a frankenstein of a recipe with a hollandaise sauce recipe from Tyler Florence and egg poaching “recipe”(more like tips) from Alton Brown.
