After a loooong flight,we had a wonderful welcome dinner here. Located in Causeway Bay,this place specializes in Japanese rice pizza.
The rice is cooked on a hot skillet to get crusty and is then topped with seafood,bonito flakes,and anything but tomato sauce
The Wasabi Salmon was fantastic:big chunks of salmon,seaweed,and a drizzle of wasabi mayonnaise. The Kimchi Octopus was also good but a little spicier than we’d expected!
We also ordered the Seafood Curry &Egg dish featuring a tasty brown curry with clams and mussels and an omelette.
For dessert,we had the Mango Ice with soft-serve Ice cream. It came with a mango puree to pour on top –classy! This was new to us,tasting a shaved ice dessert without condensed milk,but the soft-serve ice cream was superb.
