Woot! Our photo from Pommes Frites (the one with the monstrous cone of belgian frites and three yummy dipping sauces) is going to be featured on Foodbuzz’s homepage on November 4th. Keep an eye out for it Today was a rest day in our gym routine so we took the time to make a wonderful italian meal! We started by making a creamy Alfredo Florentine sauce with butter,garlic,half and half,flour,mozzarella,parmesan,and spinach. Then we made a fresh Basil pesto with pine nuts,garlic,olive oil,parmesan,and kosher salt &pepper. We served this pesto on top of Marc’s Breaded Tilapia (recipe post to come soon!). Yum yum!
