We stayed with our good friend Connie who took us to all the great local food spots and we are forever in her debt! What was interesting in Hong Kong was the abundance of Japanese restaurants. People in Hong Kong are very health-conscious so Japanese cuisine including fresh sushi,ramen,and takoyaki is very popular.
